We are a real estate development entity with the objective to establish properties that subvert the practices of contemporary land development.  Our practices gesture back to a time of creativity and daring, rather than commoditizing the spaces we live, work and play in.  Despite the limitations the land development industry has imposed on itself, there is a fresh and exciting new breed of developers and thinkers and we are hopeful someday to be accepted within that group.  A breed that is bringing back vitality into our buildings.  A breed that is rebelling against what “must” or “should” be.  Land development is not about leeching the vitality out of spaces for the sake of easy paychecks and high rents but rather can be about brining individuals and families together in various spaces to converse, laugh, argue, and above all live life to its fullest wonder.

My brother John once told me that native species – plants, animals, humans – when interacting in the same spaces, enhance biodiversity and improve our environments and ecosystems.  We are hopeful that our buildings and our team can do the same.
